please include in your e-mail the item number (i.e. BN_1), quantity, color ~
if different from photo (i.e. on black, brown or camel leather) and desired
length. be sure to include your full name, e-mail and phone number. i will
e-mail you back confirming your order and will then request payment to be
sent upfront. once i receive your payment, i will then ship out your order
immediately.
payment options
i accept cash and checks only.
gift certificates
if you are having difficulty deciding what piece to buy for a friend, i
offer gift certificates for any dollar value. i can send the gift certificate
directly to you or to the recipient.
shipping
shipping is via express mail and
is a minimum of $2.50, depending on quantity purchased and will be
added to your final net total. this is to cover mailing and insurance
fees. shipping is free for purchases
of $150.00 or more.
exchanges/returns
both are accepted. you have 10 business days if you change your mind and
want to exchange it for a different piece of equal value. returns are
accepted within 5 business days of receipt of your package. if you plan on
returning any item, please e-mail me first so i know it is coming back and so
i also know the reason for the return!
